For these substances, an Annex XV Dossier will be submitted to ECHA until 30 January 2012. After this submission, a 60 days period will follow where stakeholders can submit their comments about the substances. A substance, where no comments will be submitted will be put on the candidate list automatically.
Any dossiers where there will be comments, will be forwarded to the member state committee where the a decision will be taken, either unanimously or followed by a committee procedure.
The next expansion of the candidate list is therefore expected within the first half of the year.
