In particular, we are commissioned by companies in the electronics industry to operate multinational take-back and recycling programs for their products, combining the fulfilment of legal obligations with sales promotion measures and strengthening customer loyalty.
In addition, we advise more than 200 industrial customers on take-back obligations resulting from the legally anchored “Extended Producer Responsibility”, e.g. for used equipment (WEEE), but also for batteries and packaging. Further focal points of our consulting activities are the legally compliant handling of specific product requirements, e.g. with regard to substance restrictions (RoHS) or eco-design and energy efficiency of electrical and electronic products (ErP).
